Fall Sermon Series

Have you ever wondered why there are so many churches? Or maybe you have pondered why there are so many different beliefs in Christianity? If you have, you are not alone. Many of us at some point in our lives have asked the question: If we are using the same Bible should we not all reach the same conclusion.   The apostle Paul wrote to the church in Corinth and exhorted them to speak the same things, shun division and to “be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment” (1 Corinthians 1:10). The Duluth Church of Christ believes in In the unity about which Paul speaks and Jesus prayed (John 17:20-21). Therefore, we are presenting a series of lessons focused on Ephesians 4:4-6. In these passages the Lord emphatically proclaimed that there is, one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. We firmly believe that with God’s Word, we can fully restore the Unity of New Testament Christianity. Please consider this your invitation to join us in this important study. We hope to see you soon!
